1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (Brunei Darussalam)
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Brunei.
Delivery usually takes 30 business days depending on your location.
Refund can be claimed if product have not arrived within 45 days of order
International Shipping
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance).
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates can be viewed on the courier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lilit&Co is not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received.
For damaged items, contact us at bylilit.bn@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Lilit&Co purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to assist.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items must be in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, some products (such as undercaps, scrunchies, or opened accessories) are non-returnable. This will be stated on the product page.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or discounted items (30% off or more).
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by our error.
How to Return/Exchange
Contact us at bylilit.bn@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
(Please do not send items back without contacting us first.)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at bylilit.bn@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
